The Center for Community Values (CCV) encourages and equips people
to create and sustain relational communities where justice, democracy,
and human dignity prevail. In a relational community, people experience
their connectedness to other human beings and find a place to live their
values in an atmosphere of justice, democracy, and human dignity. Each
person is treated equitably. Each person participates with a voice and
a vote. And each person is respected for his or her intrinsic worth.
In a relational community, interdependence, interconnection, and mutuality
are valued. The CCV is a resource center and networking facilitator
for people engaged in relational communities. It is a private foundation
supported by individual and corporate donation.
This web site has been designed to provide resources for those who
are interested in facilitating and creating relational communities.
